· Represent and assist you with preparing and negotiating the purchase and sale agreement.
· Supply you with a list of business professionals, inspectors, contractors and other resources you may need in establishing your new home.
· Keep you informed about every aspect of your transaction. Follow the process through to closing and work with escrow to assure that the sale closes on schedule. |
