I have held a real estate license not only in Washington for over five years, but I previously held real estate licenses in California and Nevada for 5 years concurrently. Moreover, my previous experience opening new casinos and working in the industry in four states, for a many number of years, brings to real estate, an ability to apprehend clearly the character, nature, or subtleties of differing people (particularly helpful during the negotiating process) and being able to understand the difficulty and stress of constant moving and relocation. My experience has prepared me well for paying attention to detail, prioritizing, coordinating, negotiating and organizing, all essential elements in a successful real estate transaction. I am a firm believer in continuing education, and keep my skills on the cutting edge through reading and attending professional seminars and classes.
I currently live in Tacoma and have lived in Pierce County for over seven years, I originally came to Washington in 1992. I have two grown daughters, a grandson and a granddaughter. I like to garden, redecorate/decorate, cook, spend time with my pets, watch movies and read on my off time.
